Description:
The patent is an improvement in components of the wrench shank, head and adjustable jaw. Through pins connect the head and movable jaw. This patent and Thomson's earlier patent (no. 1,061,339, granted May 13, 1913, are the basis for the Perfect Handle adjustable open end wrenches, although most extant examples do not have the through pins and slots from this patent.
