Description:
The jaw portions are Stillson type pipe wrenches; they are connected to each other by a spring. The heads have swivel connections to the handle and and linkage, such that the handle pivots and linkages work to turn the jaw portions toward or away from each other to either tighten or loosen threaded pipe connections.
