Description:
This is kind of an unusual gage, which uses a threaded bar passing through the arm to adjust an outboard marking wheel. The patent also talks a lot about a new kind of roller marker, but there are no claims to this. My guess is the inventor tried to claim this feature, but the claim was denied.
