Description:
Adjustable wrench that locks an axle nut to wheel spokes so the wheel and nut can be turned on and off. A couple of adjusting means for the jaw opening, and variations for the hooks that connect to the wheel spokes are shown in the drawings. Both adjusting means are listed in the claims.
