Description:
The outer arms swing to latch to the back side of the wheel hub. The center has concentric sockets to fit several nut sizes. This would clamp the axle nut to the buggy wheel, to remove and replace the wheel for oiling the axle, etc. All the parts are light metal stampings, stiff wire rods, etc.
