Description:
This "control means" uses a bridge circuit similar to that of patent GB-1,001,046, which is for broken-tool detection. In this patent, the bridge circuit is used to detect when a tool or part of the machine reaches a given position. An example is given of detecting when a spindle a multi-spindle drilling machine has drilled to the desired depth. See also patent GB-1,073,432.
