German patent 351276 (ESPACENET)
Description:
Screw- and quick-adjust nut wrench with the adjusting worm in a sliding frame at the base of the movable jaw. A compression spring holds the worm engaged with rack teeth on the shank. The angled jaws and tire iron handle end shown in the drawings are not noted in the claims. Corresponding British patent GB-193744 shows the wrench as produced, with the jaws at right angle to the handle, and no tire iron handle end.

The specifications note parallel German and Spanish patent applications. The application for corresponding German patent 351,276 was filed Dec. 19, 1919.
