Description:
The patented feature is the curved grooves in the side plates of the clevis structure and the clamping bolt with "butterfly" nut, coordinated with the curved frame for the adjustable depth gage wheel. The design of the forward portion of the clevis is not part of the patented feature.

The patent number appears on a "right side of plow beam" clevis side plate with part number ??105?? (maker unknown).

This style clevis appears in a catalog illustration for the DEERE PRAIRIE BREAKER plow; the accompanying text notes "patented clevis."
