Claim:

A device of the character described, comprising a support, provided with a recessed and beveled annular seat, a base provided with a correspondingly beveled portion rotatively mounted upon the annular seat of said support, a standard slidably secured to the base, a bracket adjustably and pivotally secured to the standard 'provided with a recessed and beveled annular seat, an angle plate provided with a correspondingly beveled portion rotatively mounted upon thee said bracket and means for changing the angular position of said angle plate.
