Claim:

This invention relates to power transmission and is particularly directed to an improved reversing gearing mechanism of that type wherein friction clutches are included for coupling the power to a transmission shaft by alternate clutch connection to reversely rotating driving gears. In connection with the present improvements, reference is made to Patent No. 1,855,882 issued to W. G. Hoelscher et al. on 26 April, 1932, which patent includes structure to which the present improvements are applied.
