Vintage Machinery entry for J. W. Holland | Marburg Brothers, Inc.
Description:
The Holland-Kenyon Machine Machine Company was "a partnership consisting of John W. Holland and Samuel A. Kenyon". The 1921-03-03 issue of The Iron Trade Review carried a notice that this partnership had been organized. The 1922 Directory of Massachusetts Manufacturers list them as making auto parts, with two employees. A 1952 listing of Massachusetts corporations listed the firm. A 1935 ad proclaims them the makers of the Moller Gypsy Gun, for killing gypsy and browwntail moths: "Expert tree men acclaim it the most practical instrument for this work."
