Description:
This improvement to the Samuel L. Clemens (better known as Mark Twain) scrapbook patent, 140,245, is intended to address a problem where humid weather would cause adjacent pages to stick together. Sneider's solution was to interpose sheets with a pattern of holes cut in them to expose the mucilage of the adjacent page. These interposed sheets keep the mucilaged surface from touching the adjacent page.
