Vintage Machinery entry for Greenlee Brothers & Co.
Description:
The April 1885 issue of Carpentry and Building has an ad for the "Greenlee self-feeding saw table" whose feed mechanism is a good match for this patent. The ad says, "Patented May 29, 1881", which is not a valid patent date. Visible on the feed-arm in the machine illustration is the correct patent date.
