Description:
The lips at the tip of the tapered cutters for the countersink fit within the flutes of the drill, thereby supporting the tapered cutters. The center is hollow, similar to the countersink drill combinations patented by A. J. Smart, and assigned to Wiley and Russell (pat. Nos. 298,248 and 299,429).
