Description:
Intended primarily for tightening the straps on the conveyor canvas on grain binders and similar equipment. The double hooks grasp the buckle, the single hook catches a hole in the leather strap, and then levers the strap end tight to facilitate latching or unlatching the buckle. This also tightens the canvas around the drive rollers. The end of the handle is formed as a wrench.
