Description:
The purpose of this patent is to provide for a "universal" means of adjusting the handles. This is provided for by a ball, with holes in it, at each end of the blade. The ball is engaged by a socket in the end of each handle and a yoke with a pin to engage the holes in the ball. The yoke is released by turning the lower end of the handle which engages a threaded rod attached to the yoke.
