Description:
An arc-shaped track with rack teeth facing two directions, and a ratcheting lever mechanism, for the purpose of pulling wrenches to tighten and loosen oil well drill stems and sucker rods. There are drain holes between the rack teeth to prevent water from collecting and freezing.
