Description:
This is an large marking gage of unusual design. It uses a long bar with a serrated roller on one end and a fence on the other. Attached to the arm are holders for several carpenter's pencils for marking and a handle to help guide the tool

Of particular interest in this design is the fact that the bar is offset slightly so that the wheel pulls the fence into the work.
