Description:
The basic combination tool is similar to Stowell's parallel patent (no. 543,660).

In this variation, the axle nut wrench that also serves as the lifting handle is detachable. The carriage jack frame has projecting lugs, sockets and a latch, and the wrench frame has corresponding projections. A known example of the wrench portion is made of cast bronze with a steel screw and appears unused.
