Description:
This invention "consists in providing feeding devices operating in the line of the path of the blade to propel the stock through the machine beyond the blade; in the peculiar power mechanism employed for operating the feeding devices; in providing easily-manipulated, quickly-acting, and substantial means for raising and lowering the feeding devices and setting mechanism for the latter; in so mounting the feeding mechanism and saw-guide for the band-saw blade that they act in unison in accommodating themselves to the varying thicknesses of the stock..."
