Known example marked, "DIXON WRENCH CO.- WARREN, PA. / PAT. DEC. 4, 1906" is a massive open end wrench for large diameter pipe. The deep "U" shaped gripper has teeth on the inner face of both sides of the "U." It does not have the swinging clamp to enclose the end. |
