Description:
The adjusting screw sets the size; the eccentric clamp tightens the jaws. This patent together with Klemm's Dec. 12, 1905 patent (no. 806,815) was used for the International Wagon Nut Wrench.

William E. PRATT of Chicago also produced the wrench, marked with the Dec. 12, '05 patent date. See photo accompanying entry for patent no. 806,815.
