Description:
Parallelogram action self-adjusting wrench. Compare to the ELLRICH based on patent no. 366,246 (July 12, 1887).

Produced as the LAKE SUPERIOR (later SUPERIOR) wrench; a small size was given away as a subscription premium by several farm magazines. Earliest production includes "PAT APLD FOR" marking.

Corresponding French patent FR-388,990 was granted Aug. 27, 1908. Improved by pat no. 972,052, issued Oct. 4. 1910.
