This is a very simple idea for a butt gage-- rather than creating
a complicated marking tool, this gage is basically a template to
trace around to get the size of the hinge. While this is quite
simple, it has the drawback of only working on one size of hinge.
This tool also provides a more traditional marking point for the
hinge depth, as well as an adjustable fence to set the hinge depth.
