Description:
The angle of the head to the shank is adjustable in ratchet fashion in approximately a quarter turn in either direction. Produced in sets of six sizes. Announced to the trade in March, 1911 HARDWARE DEALER'S MAGAZINE.

Compare to the CRANDALL EXPERT (pat. no. 1,061,662) which is another approach to the same overall functionality.
