Description:
The patent describes a combination tool based on a pliers or tongs, with provisions for the handle ends to interlock forming a stable alligator wrench, and locking the pliers' grip. The patent drawings and specifications also show provisions for auxiliary tools like screwdrivers and gimlets attached to the handles by sliding loops. The pliers combination tool marked only Pat.
