| Commonly known as the HANDY WRENCH, this cylinder tooth wrench uses a chain drive to turn the offset wrench socket. It was sold with a range of square and hex "chucks" to fit the varieties of threshing machine and combine cylinder teeth in use in the 1920s and 1930s. The sales literature noted, "The motion is continuous .. no jigging back and forth as with a ratchet ... " |
