Description:
"Pipe grip" type, with size adjustment accomplished by a pin in the handle of the movable jaw which can be positioned in a range of slots in the shank of the "fixed" jaw. A spring holds the adjustment in place.

Corresponding U.S. patent 793,257 was granted June 27, 1905.
