This double-jaw pinchers fits two sizes of hog rings. It was marketed as the "WOLVERINE" Hog Ringer, and the two sizes are shown as "pig" and "hog."

Known examples are marked only with the patent date. It may have worked with a metal rhombus like Heesen's June 27, 1871 patent (no. 116,440).
