Description: |
| The tool was produced as shown in the drawings, without the tubing cutter. It incorporated nut, pipe and tap wrench or buggy axle nut functions, depending on the size. Some are marked with the patent date, or Hartford Hardware Co. The original markings were very light and easily worn away, so most do not have any discernable marking.
The tool is similar in form and function to Silvanus Hussey's January 20, 1890 patent (no. 444,937). |
