Description:
A base plate with holes in its periphery can be turned to seveveral angles in relation to the handle, and held by a spring bolt engaging one of the holes. The base plate holds an adjustable wrench. The adjustment is made by a knurled screw engaging a rack. The specifications contrast this deign with George Meader's Jan. 17, 1865 patent no. 45931.
