Description:
Another great idea from Justus Traut and the Stanley Rule and Level Company. This design uses a T-shaped bar, with a grappling clamp to hold the head in place. The concept is pretty simple, but it works quite well.

Produced until the late 1890s by Stanley as models #60 and #60-1/2.
