Description:
The combination can include hammer, hatchet, pincher, staple puller, wire cutter, leather punch, nail claw and screwdriver.

The tool received Canadian patent no. 63,676 on Aug. 25, 1899.

The example shown is marked PATENTED JULY 19, 1898. The screwdriver is chipped, and the handle with the leather punch broke, and has had a piece of steel rod welded to replace the handle. The anvil for the leather punch is still in place in the opposite handle.

A later version of this tool with detachable jaw sections was patented March 14, 1905 (pat. no 784,959).
