        Description: |
| This is a fixed-size version of Kellam's adjustable size flange wrench (patent no. 487,331). In this version, the gripping surface of the movable jaw is a roller cam which can be positioned for tightening or loosening. The jaw is moved into engagement by a cam lever. The "V" shaped jaw is firmly fixed to the handle rather than attached by a pivot bolt.
The KELLAM FLANGE WRENCH produced by Eaton, Cole & Burnham used a screw-adjusting slide rather than a cam lever for the grip tightener, and a second screw-adjustment to set the size. |
