Description: |
Reciprocating rotary motion for the "bit" provided by opposing "mutilated bevel gears" with unequal numbers of teeth. The "bit" has a square shank that slides in the driving gear, and is pressed against the valve by a compression spring. The frame of the grinder is stabilized above the valve by a tripod. |
