Claim:
The above-described mechanism for adjusting the fuel-valve in gasolene and other like engines, comprising in combination a needle-valve, a regulating-screw in engagement with a screw-threaded aperture in the casing of the fuel-chamber, and provided with an aperture through which the stem of the needle-valve passes, a setscrew adapted to hold said regulating-screw in position; a shoulder upon the valve-stem engaging with the lower end of the regulating-screw, and an expansion-spring between the upper end of the regulating-screw and the head of the valve-stem, all constructed and operating as and for the purposes specified. |
