This invention is for a machine that takes sawmill offcuts and cuts fence-pickets and laths from them. By 1890, after this patent had expired, the machine was being manufactured by Keystone Machine Co. of Williamsport; that firm relocated to Goshen, Va., in 1891, but quickly went under.
