Description:
This invention is for the use of an inclined wedge-shaped bed for the infeed table of a jointer. This seems to be the first appearance of a wedge-bed design.

The patent disclaims (i.e., acknowledges the primacy of) Climer and Riley's patent 59,966 and Frank Douglas's patent 105,657.
