Description:
The patent describes a screw-adjust tool that functions 1) as a wagon axle nut wrench, 2) a "jack" to move the fellies of wooden wheels outward (to allow wedges to be inserted to tighten the spokes), and as 3) a pin for attaching the double tree to the wagon tongue.
