Description:
A tongs type wrench using a lever and link to shift and hold the movable jaw. The jaws will grip pipes or nuts. There is an adjustment in the lever linkage to accommodate different pipe sizes. The patent presents an alternate clamping means using a screw instead of the lever handle.
