Description:
The jaws are designed to cut, punch, and apply link fasteners to round or half-round belting used on treadle-power sewing machines. Entrekin was advertising his "Combined Cutter Punch & Plyer" to the hardware trade in the late 190th Century.

Improved by May 29, 1900 patent no. 650,530.
