Description:
This gage is to be used by machinists when making grooves or other recesses; and it may to beset to the depth of one recess and then be employed to determine when other recesses have reached the same depth; or it maybe set to vary one one-thousandth of an inch or any other number of thousandths of an inch from a particular depth, and then be employed to determine when other recesses have reached such variant depth.
