Description:
The patent introduces leather disks around a central shaft as a tool handle; either as the full length of the handle, or a short cushioning section adjacent the head of the tool. The intent is to allow for adjustment to keep the head firmly fixed to the handle, in comparison to wood handles held by wedges.
