Description:
Two-piece tool which clamps on to an axle nut, and binds it to the wheel hub so that the wheel and nut can be turned on and off an axle. One section has a single binding screw; the other section has two binding screws. The inner ends of these binding screws have washers which may include padded surfaces.

Corresponding British patent GB-189013669 was registered Aug. 30, 1890.
