Description:
The clamp consists of a channel iron base, along with a loop having a threaded extension and a tightening hand-nut. This tool would be fastened to a work bench or similar stable surface.

One of the wrenches shown in the illustrations is the design in Greenamyer's parallel patent (no. 444,779).
