Description:
The shank of a wrench has an internal spring-loaded tumbler that latches a tongue pivoted at the end. A key is required to retract the tumbler so the tongue can be flipped up and in line with the shank. This was intended to be inserted through the links of the drive chain of a "Safety" bicycle.
