Another cutter for "gage glass" tubes, much like Jonathon Fowler's
earlier patent 476,626 - 6/7/1892). This tool uses a much simpler
mechanism to put pressure on the scoring point, and would be simpler
to produce.
Tool produced under this patent are also marked with Fowler's patent
number.
