Description:
Pliers type tool, with a wire gripping band. Teeth in the pliers jaws grip notches formed on the ends of the wire band. The band is stiff enough to act as return spring to open the jaws. One handle would be supplied with several sizes of such bands corresponding with jar lids sizes in use.
