Description:
The adjustment is made by sliding the frame holding the movable jaw. The adjustment is held by teeth on the frame engaging teeth on the wrench bar. The patent is a slight modification of Wright's Feb. 15, 1910 patent (no. 949,107). Reissed Nov. 28, 1911 (no. RE13,328).

Some late production examples have markings from Billings and Spencer, Hartford, CT.
