Display 100 containted 6-3/4 inch, 4-1 inch and 2-1 1/4 inch chisels however retail sizes/prices were 1/2 ($.50), 5/8 ($.55), 3/4 ($.60), 1 ($.70), 1 1/4 ($.80), and 1 1/2 ($.90) inch.

Term of patent is 14 years.

Wm. S. Eagle is also a witness for D45527 also a wood chisel design assigned to Vaughan & Bushnell.
